Harrison Brown
Floyd County high schools competed in the Region 7AA Literary Meet with teams and individual competitors representing Floyd County well.  Harrison Brown, a junior at Armuchee High School, was the top individual finisher in the academic competition.  Brown placed first in boys essay. Out of the nine region teams competing, Pepperell High placed 3rd in the region, Armuchee High placed 4th and Model High, 6th.
